Shipping Charge Free* UPS Ground Delivery. We guarantee your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving on any business day. If you order before 1:30 pm PST, we will ship same day. Ground Delivery will take 2-6 business days. Method of Payment Paypal Re-ship The cost of the original shipping will be charged to the re-ship order or next order placed. A minimum fee of £30 will be applied to all returned packages After the 2nd return, payment in full will have to be revived before it will be shipped . No 3rd time re-shipping. Merchandise Inspection When you receive your merchandise, inspect it for any damages or shortages. This will have to be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt. For shortages or damages contents please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-917-1131 or 44 (0) 20 30023582 within Three (3) days to claim a refund. Returns We offer a 45 day guarantee on our products (Excludes any used tattoo ink, needles or open solution.) If you want to return an item, we will make every effort to quickly and accurately process your request. 1. Return request to be made within 45 days of purchase 2. Compliance Purchase Agreement :
Tattoo needles, piercing needles and tattoo inks are restricted to use by qualified licensed practitioners as determined by the state in which the practitioner resides. All tattooing and piercing devices are sold to qualified practitioners only. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of these devices and agrees to indemnify and hold CAM Supply, Inc. harmless from any consumer claims against the ultimate use of these devices.
